If you are not happy with the service or products please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation. Our return policy is noted below as well as our contact information. Returns We are happy to return any unopened products in new condition within 20 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price less shipping charges. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after 20 days. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via: returns@blessingsfromthewomb.com. We will arrange a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once item has been shipped, we will send you the new item right away so that you won't be delayed any longer Ordering Info Shipping We ship USPS Priority, which takes 3-5 days. We will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number to let you know when your products will be received. We will make every attempt to ship all orders by the next business day, but please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. We would be glad to ship International, please contact us for shipping quotes. If you live in the Anchorage or Mat-Su area, I would be happy to arrange a pick up so you do not have to pay shipping. Backorders We are a very small business and occasionally it may be difficult for us to keep our inventory in stock. If your product is on backorder, we will contact you within 24hours. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
